About Lone Wolf

Dan Wolf is founder and principal (aka, lone wolf) of Lone Wolf Writing Company. As such, he provides a full range of writing services to a select client list that includes a number of familiar household names.

From 1989-2007, Wolf served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at The Walt Disney Company. During his 18 years in that position, he was involved in a wide variety of internal and external communication projects, including preparation of Disney annual reports, shareholder meetings and presentations by CEO Michael Eisner, CEO Bob Iger, Chairman George Mitchell, Chairman John Pepper and Vice Chairman Roy Disney, among other senior executives. In addition, he played a central role in crisis management efforts during a number of widely-covered media and shareholder challenges faced by the company.

Before joining Disney, Wolf served as Senior Press Deputy to Los Angeles County Supervisor Kenneth Hahn for ten years, and prior to that he was Editorial Assistant at NBC News.

A member of the Writers Guild of America, Dan has a B.A. in History from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an M.A. in Urban Studies from Occidental College. He empty nests in Glendale, California with his wife of 42 years.
